MASSENA -- The St. Lawrence County IDA Civic Development Corporation will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 10 at 6:45 p.m. at Massena Town Hall Room 27.

The meeting is to consider amending and restating the bond resolution for Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
