CANTON -- An inmate in the county lockup was charged today with promoting prison contraband after he was allegedly found with an alcohol in a plastic bag.
Mickey Q. Kerrick, 22, was arraigned on the misdemeanor count after authorities found what they believe was a home-made alcoholic drink in his possession, according to deputies.
Kerrick was released back to the jail to await a court appearance.
