MASSENA -- Two Hogansburg men were arrested and one was jailed following a report of a burglary in progress on Thursday afternoon, according to state police.
Jeremy R. Francis, 30, was charged with second-degree assault, felony; second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felony; second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree menacing, officers said. He was ordered held on $2,000 bail, troopers said.
Jordan D. Francis, 33, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, police said. He was cited and released.
The arrests took place on Roosevelt Road, officers said.
