HEUVELTON -- State police report today that they arrested a 42-year-old Heuvelton man Dec. 22 for endangering the welfare of a child for alleged for illicit sexual text messages and Facebook postings to a 13-year-old girl.
Earl “Rob” Simmons engaged in sexual conversations with the girl for approximately two months.
Simmons was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Oswegatchie Court Jan. 8 at 6 p.m.
