DEPEYSTER – A Heuvelton man was charged early Thursday morning after pushing deputy while trying to prevent the arrest of another man, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Brenton J. Decker, 29, was charged at 9354 County Route 10 at 3:30 a.m. with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and second-degree harassment, deputies said.
Decker was issued appearance tickets returnable to DePeyster Town Court at a later date, officers said.
