HEUVELTON -- Heuvelton Central School District will receive $75,000 in state money to buy a new sound system and renovations for the Poulton Auditorium, according to Sen. Patty Ritchie, R-Heuvelton.
“At Heuvelton, our auditorium is more than just an auditorium—it’s a place where students gain new experiences that help them to learn and grow,” said Heuvelton Central School District Superintendent Susan Todd.
“From plays and concerts to things like graduations and meetings, Heuvelton Central School’s auditorium isn’t just a center of the school community—it’s a center of the overall community,” Ritchie said in a prepared statement.
Final release of funds is subject to state approval, Ritchie said.
