New York State Police arrested Judson B. Foote Jr. on Oct. 2, charging him with one county of first-degree rape, and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
The arrest is a result of an investigation into alleged sexual assaults of 7-year-old, 8-year-old, 9-year-old, and 13-year-old victims, which occurred from 2014 until 2018, according to police.
Foote was arraigned in Town of Canton Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
