HERMON -- A Hermon man faces rape charges after he allegedly had sexual contact with a disabled person considered incapable of giving consent, Canton-based state police said.
Jerry F. Daniels, 53, of Hermon was charged with second-degree rape, a felony, for an incident that was reported March 2, at 10 a.m.
Dainiels was charged Thursday at 8:55 a.m. and was released on his own recognizance.
