POTSDAM -- The public hearing slated for Thursday at 9 a.m. on the Village of Potsdam’s intent to seek $600,000 through a New York State Small Cities Community Development Block Grant to rehabilitate the village’s cross-town canal is postponed and will be rescheduled later in the month.
