Harrisville woman facing two felonies after driving while intoxicated with child in vehicle in Edwards, troopers say

EDWARDS — A Harrisville woman was charged with felony driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle on Friday night, according to state police.

Chantelle M. Woods, 47, was charged with first-offense aggravated DWI: with child in car, felony DWI: previous conviction within 10 years, and refusal to take a breath rest, officers said. 

She was also charged with second-degree criminal impersonation and failure to keep right on a two lane road.

The incident took place on River Road at 11:53 p.m.
