Hammond and Norfolk teens were charged with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child in separate incidents Friday.
Olanta D. Clement, 19, Hammond, was charged at 10 a.m. Friday in Morristown, according to state police. Clement was charged with two counts of felony sex abuse for alleged contact with a child under the age of 11, according to state police.
Clement's charges stem from an incident reported Aug. 8, police said.
Brandon D. Murphy, 19, Norfolk, was charged with misdemeanor sex abuse for sexual contact with a person under the age of 14, according to state police.
Murphy was also charged with tampering with evidence, a felony; pot possession; and selling pot, also a felony, police said.
Both were listed as held by state police.
