HAMMOND — A Hammond man was arrested Saturday after allegedly forcing another vehicle off the roadway on SH 37 during a domestic dispute on Sept. 22, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
John F. Fuller, 31, was charged with fourth-degree stalking, three counts of reckless endangerment and operating a vehicle while registration suspended, officers said.
Fuller is accused of forcing the victims’ vehicle off the road and then he got into a verbal altercation with a person at the scene, deputies said.
He was arraigned in Hammond court and released on tickets returnable to court at a later date.
