The Banford Elementary School Halloween parade scheduled for 1 p.m. today has been cancelled. The event will not be rescheduled.
The Halloween Party at Breezy Maples Farm in Massena today also has been canceled due to weather concerns. Breezy Maples Farm will still be open with limited operations for their regular weekday hours of 3 to 6 p.m. For more information visit www.breezymaples.com
