GOUVERNEUR -- State police have charged a third Gouverneur-area person in connection with a larceny reported to them April 20.

Joshua T. Sharpe, 18, of Richville, has been charged with criminal solicitation, fifth degree, a violation.

Previously charged were Tia A. Stevens, 18, Gouverneur, and Marc A. Matos, 21, Gouverner, each charged with petit larceny and third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Sharpe was issued an appearance ticket.
