GOUVERNEUR -- A Gouverneur woman was charged with rape after she allegedly had sex with two teens on separate occasions.

Casey Garlough, 32, was charged Monday at 11:18 a.m. with second-degree rape, second-degree criminal sexual act, third-degree rape and third degree criminal sexual act Monday. She was also charged with acting in a manner that injured a child under 17.

Gouverneur-based state police say Garlough is accused of having sex, and oral sex, with a 14-year-old male in January of 2012 and a 15-year-old male in August of 2012.

Troopers say Garlough also provided the 14-year-old with alcohol in March of 2012. She was charged with unlawful dealing of alcohol to a child.

Garlough was arraigned in the Town of Fowler Town Court and released under probation supervision.
