GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur woman was arrested Thursday following an investigation of property being taken and sold from 197B Weldon Rd., according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Deputies charged Elizabeth J. Brunet, 38, with third-degree grand larceny, felony, possession of a hypodermic needle and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Brunet allegedly used and stored several needles in the house where children were living, officers said.
She was arraigned in Gouverneur court and released under the supervision of probation, deputies said.
