FOWLER – A Gouverneur teen was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated following a personal-injury accident Sunday evening, according to state police.
Ian T. Martin, 17, was charged with first-offense aggravated DWI: with child and aggravated contempt for violating an order of protection, officers said.
Troopers did not provide details on injuries.
Martin was released to a third party, officers said.
