MACOMB -- Three Gouverneur residents were charged Sunday with 25 counts each for allegedly neglecting animals, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Those reportedly charged with 25 counts of neglect of impounded animals and three counts of failing to provide sustenance included:
Tammy J. Hays, 42
Raymond R. Hays, 32
Timothy L. Hays, 29
All three were arraigned in Macomb Town Court and released on appearance tickets, officers said.
They are scheduled to appear in court at a later date, officers said.
