CANTON -- – Doreen Hilts of Gouverneur was the winner of this year’s St. Lawrence NYSARC’s raffle top prize of $10,000.
NYSARC conducted its 35th annual fundraiser Saturday afternoon at the Village Green in downtown.
The agency earned a gross profit of $30,795. Proceeds from will support vital employment, educational, and travel programs for individuals in St. Lawrence County.
"We are very grateful that our ticket buyers and donors contribute to further our services annually," Daphne Pickert, CEO/Executive Director of St. Lawrence NYSARC said.

1st Prize $10,000 Cash Prize
