Friday, July 21 -- Mindi S. Murdie, 23, Gouverneur, was arrested at 4:24 p.m. on West Main Street as the result of a county court bench warrant alleging she violated the conditions of release. Murdie was transported to the county jail to await arraignment in county court.

Sunday, July 23 -- Thomas P. Hutchins, 41, Gouverneur, was stopped at 9:39 a.m. on Rock Island Street and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle. Subject was released on traffic summonses returnable to the Gouverneur town court.

Monday, July 24 -- Virgina M. McIntosh, 44, Gouverneur, was arrested at 11:07 a.m. on West Main Street as she was wanted by Canton Police Department on a county court bench warrant alleging she violated the terms of probation. She was turned over to the Canton police department for further process.

Monday, July 24 -- Ashley D. Fifield, 31, Gouverneur, arrested at 6:12 p.m. on Wall Street and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest. Defendant was observed operating a motor vehicle knowing his state license was suspended with 18 scoffs on 7 dates and upon custody physically resisted getting into the patrol car. Ashley was arraigned by town Justice Travis Dann and ordered held at the county jail in lieu of $1,000 cash and $5,000 bond bail.

Monday, July 24 -- Derrick A. Erwin, 44, Ogdensburg, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. at Ogdensburg police department as the result of a Gouverneur town court issued bench warrant for failure to appear. Erwin was arraigned by town Justice Stan Young and ordered held lieu of $1,000 cash bail and $2,000 bond.

Tuesday, July 25 -- Cody C. Graham, 21, Gouverneur, was arrested at 1:21 p.m. at the Gouverneur police department as he was wanted on a Gouverneur Town Court issued bench warrant alleging he violated the terms of his probation. Graham was arraigned by town Justice Stan Young and released on his own recognizance.

Thursday, July 27 -- Heather L. Loucks, 27, Gouverneur, arrested at 3:05 p.m. at the Gouverneur police department and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child following investigation of a July 26 domestic incident. She is alleged to have allowed a person to have unsupervised contact with a 1-year-old child knowing that person is the subject of a stay away order of protection barring contact with the child. It is further alleged that upon police response to the incident the child was found alone in her residence. Loucks was arraigned by town Justice Travis Dann and released under supervision of probation. Investigation is continuing in the matter.

Friday, July 28 -- Robert L. Daniels, 23, Gouverneur, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on Vanburen Road as he was wanted by state police on a Gouverneur town court issued bench warrant for failure to appear. Daniels was turned over to the NYSP for processing.

Friday, July 28 -- Amy J. Bennett, 40, Harrisville, was arrested at 2:16 PM at 99 W. Main St. as she was wanted by the county sheriff’s office on a county court issued bench warrant. She was turned over to the sheriff’s deputies for further processing.

Sunday, July 30 -- Timothy A. Scott, 56, Norwood, was stopped at 9:37 p.m. on East Main Street and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unauthorized lights. Subject was released on traffic summonses returnable to the Gouverneur town court.

Thursday, Aug. 3 -- Christopher A. Jerome, 31, Gouverneur, was arrested at 9:15 AM at Gouverneur town court. Jerome was brought from the county jail to answer a bench warrant issued by the Gouverneur town court to the Gouverneur police department, alleging he violated the terms of his probation. He was arraigned by town Justice Stan Young and returned to county jail.

Thursday, Aug. 3 -- Victoria L. Sampson, 18, Gouverneur, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. at Kinney Drugs, Clinton Street, and charged with two counts of petit larceny. It is alleged she shoplifted an iPhone cell phone case valued at $8. It is further alleged on Aug. 2, that she shoplifted an iPhone screen protector valued at $2.15. She was released on appearance tickets returnable Gouverneur town court.
