GOUVERNEUR -- A Gouverneur native and Berklee College of Music graduate has been featured on the Converse company's release of "Three Artists, One Song Series."
Converse is a world-wide sneaker company made famous for its Chuck Taylor All-Star canvas sneakers.
Wellington Netto, also known as McWolf, was selected along with two California Converse employees to collaborate on a music project.
The three artists were sent to the Converse Rubber Tracks studio, where they recorded the song and video "On the Go."
According to the Converse website, while Netto is from Gouverneur, he now lives in Allston, Mass.
The biography says Netto got into music in the seventh grade, when he found a bass guitar that belonged to his older brother. In addition to playing bass guitar, he also plays the keyboard.
Netto also enjoys skateboarding.
Netto is employed at the Converse Retail Store on Newbury Street in Boston, Mass.
