GOUVERNEUR – A Gouverneur man has been charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated after St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies said they measured his blood alcohol level at .20 percent, two and a half times the threshold for a DWI.
Deputies said that Cody C. Finton, 31, 385 Scotch Settlement Rd., also has another DWI conviction within the last 10 years which made this incident a felony count.
Finton was also issued tickets for an inadequate plate lamp and unlicensed operation and was released to appear in Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
