CANTON -- A Gouverneur man was charged Wednesday after allegedly making threats to his daughter and her boyfriend at 5780 U.S. Highway 11 on Tuesday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
David W. Ellison, 45, was charged with fourth-degree stalking and arraigned in Canton court, deputies said.
He was released on his own recognizance to appear in court at a later date, officers said.
