GOUVERNEUR -- A Gouverneur man was charged with driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest on East Main Street July 13, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Kenneth L. Streeter, 55, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and resisting arrest following a traffic stop, deputies said.
Streeter has a blood alcohol content of .15 percent. The legal limit is .08 percent.
Streeter was issued appearance tickets for the charges.
Gouverneur Police Department assisted on the scene.
