GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur man was charged with driving while intoxicated Monday following investigation of a personal-injury accident on Nov. 18, according to state police.
Thomas J. Morrow, 24, was the driver, troopers said.
He was charged with first-offense DWi at 11:50 a.m. at the state police station, 1005 U.S. Highway 11, police said.
Morrow was cited and released.
Police did not provide injury details from the accident.
