GOUVERNEUR -- State police say a Gouverneur man is charged with assault, forcible touching and stragulation following a domestic violence report.
Kane A. Juntunen, 41, is charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and forcible touching: intimate parts at 2:44 a.m. Monday.
Police say they received the complaint at 1:47 a.m.
Police did not say if he was released or held.
