EDWARDS -- A Gouverneur man was arrested Saturday after allegedly striking a female with a vehicle her was driving during an incident of domestic violence on March 17, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
David J. Creech, 66, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, officers said.
The alleged incident took place in the driveway at 2662 State Highway 58.
Creech was arraigned in Edwards court and released.
An order of protection was issued in favor of the victim, deputies said.
