GOUVERNEUR -- A Gouverneur man and woman were charged with harassment following a domestic dispute that occurred in April.
Charlotte L. Aldridge, 43, and Justin A. Aldrige, 22, were both charged wtih two counts of second-degree harassment. New York State Police say the charges stemmed from a fight that involved physical contact in April.
