FOWLER -- Joshua R. Daniels, 32, Gouverneur, has had a charge of endangering the welfare of a child added to a charge of burglary in the Jan. 21 theft of drugs from a Gouverneur home.
Ashley L. Fuller, 24, was also charged Friday with endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor.
State police charged Daniels March 18 with second-degree burglary, a Class C felony. Troopers alleged that on Jan. 21, Daniels went to a house on County Rt. 12 in the Town of Gouverneur and entered without the homeowner’s permission while she was not home.
Daniels stole hydrocodone pills, gabapentin pills and fentanyl patches, according to state police.
He was arraigned in Fowler Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
Daniels and Fuller were reported held in custody after the most recent charges, state police said.
