Gouverneur man accused of felony sex act with child held on $10,000 bail

GOUVERNEUR – A Gouverneur man has been charged with first-degree criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child in connection with an incident in the summer of 2010 with a victim of less than 11 years old.

Joshua R. Bristol, 23, was arrested by state police Wednesday and arraigned in Town of Fowler Court and was remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
