GOUVERNEUR -- A Gouverneur man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated on West Main Street after allegedly driving drunk with a child in the vehicle, according to Gouverneur police.
Michael C. Littlebrant, 32, was charged with aggravated DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, endangering the welfare of a child, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and insufficient tail lights at 2:29 a.m. April 15, officers said.
He was arraigned in Gouverneur court and released under the supervision of probation, officers said.
Littlebrant is to answer the charges in court at a later date.
Child Protective Services were contacted.
