GOUVERNEUR -- An inmate at Gouverneur Correctional Facility was charged multiple felonies following an investigation of forgery that was first reported to state police July 17.
Robert A. Horton, 38, was charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, two counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing and second-degree perjury, all felonies troopers said.
Police said his status was listed as held.
