FULTON -- Gouverneur High School took two Division II state championship slots at the NYSPSAA wrestling championships this weekend in Fulton.
Hunter Ayen won in the 195-pound division and Dillon Stowell wrestled at 113 pounds and led Gouverneur High to a fifth-place finish overall from a field of more than 100 high schools.
Stowell is the only Gouverneur wrestler to place four consecutive times at the state match.
