GOUVERNEUR – The 23rd annual Arts in the Park, featuring art and used book sales, will be held Saturday Sept 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the village park.

The event will feature artists and crafters, as well as used book sales.

There will also an Adirondack chair auction at 3 p.m., featuring chairs decorated by local artists.

Food will be provided by Mullin’s Family Restaurant and Oswegatchie Coffee Co.

In the event of rain, Arts in the Park will move to the St. James Catholic School.

Proceeds will benefit the Gouverneur Public Library.
