POTSDAM -- Community Performance Series will serve up food and entertainment with the ninth annual Gourmet Guys & A Gal fundraiser Feb. 1 at 5 p.m. in Thatcher Hall on SUNY Potsdam’s campus.
Four local chefs will team up to design a gourmet menu just for the occasion. Chefs include Jenny Walker, co-owner of the 1844 House Restaurant; Wally Siebel, guest chef at 1844 House; Rick Cross, co-owner of the Potsdam IGA, and Vern Impey, kitchen manager for Thatcher Hall/Dexter's Café at SUNY Potsdam.
The five-course dinner will be served by a number of community volunteers as well as CPS staff members and musical entertainment will be provided by local jazz artists, A Finer Line.
Tickets are $75, with proceeds benefiting Community Performance Series.
Reservations can be made by calling the CPS Box Office at 267-2277. Reservations must be made by Jan. 20.
