HANNAWA FALLS -- A GoFundMe page has been created soliciting donations for a Hannawa Falls man who lost his home, dog and belongings in a Saturday fire.
The page here is asking for $3,000 to aid Mike Cliff. His Grove Street home burned and was a total loss, according to the Potsdam Fire Department.
Among the losses was his dog, Cooper.
“Early Saturday morning my brother lost his house and beloved pet to a house fire. He lost everything but most of all, his beloved dog Cooper. If you’re from the area and knew my brother he took Cooper everywhere,” Mallory Cliff wrote on the page, which she started.
As of 11 a.m. Wednesday, it had collected $1,820 from 31 people.
