POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s Center for Cancer Care recently received a visit from Girl Scouts Troop 50194 – Brownie Division, presenting gift baskets for cancer patients.
Troop leaders Sam and Beth said that Scouts Sofie, Emma, Loretta, and Nekoda made the baskets as part of their Philanthropist and Give Back Badges.
Dr. Vel Matthews-Smith, Oncologist and Mark Serago, Director, Center for Cancer Care received the baskets, aided by staff members Lisa Cook, Elise Cole, and Bridget TeRiele.
