The farms listed in this guide sell food they have raised themselves or food they have produced themselves using largely local ingredients.
The restaurants listed in the guide showcase local food and buy from local farms. Advertisers help underwrite the cost of the Local Food Guide.
Production of the 2016 Local Food Guide is underway. Listings for farms range from no cost to $25. Advertisements in the guide range from $100 to $500, with 10,000 copies distributed around St. Lawrence County.
