FOWLER -- St. Lawrence County sheriff deputies say a woman is jailed after taking out fraudulent credit cards.
Vickie J. Mandigo, 50, of 1320 County Rte. 24, Fowler, was charged Friday with fourth-degree grand larceny, felony.
Police said she took out credit cards in a victim’s name and charged over $2,000 worth of purchases to them since around June 23, 2016.
Mandigo was charged and released with orders to appear in Fowler Town Court on a later date, police said.
