OGDENSBURG -- City police say they have arrested a fourth person in connection with more meth-making components found Tuesday night at 533 Canton St.
Ciera R. Bub, 28, is charged with two counts of third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine.
Police raided the address on Friday and charged three people with felony meth-making. Read more about those arrests here.
Police said Bub’s arrest stems from several people discovering “one-pot meth labs,” plastic tubing and acid at the Canton Street address. They turned it over to police, who launched an investigation and tied it to Bub. She was arrested shortly after 1 a.m. Wednesday, police said.
Bub was arraigned by Ogdensburg City Court Justice William Small and released under supervision of the county Probation Department.
Police say they investigation into the matter is ongoing.
Officials say that anyone who finds suspected meth-making materials or waste should not handle it and immediately call police. The ingredients are dangerous and caustic. They can create hazardous gases and pose a high risk for fire or explosion, police said.
