RICHVILLE -- Four weeks after his Sept. 23 industrial accident in Richville, Ronald “Ironman” Stiles was welcomed home by a street full of well wishers, neighbors, friends and family.
After three weeks in the intensive care unit at Upstate Medical University Hospital and another week on a post surgical floor, Stiles could not wait to get home to the tranquility of the North Country and to his loyal dog Sampson, his daughter Renee Stiles Lomogolio said.
Although a long road to recovery is expected, Lomoglio says he is ready to take on the challenge.
She said he has adopted the motto “Stiles Strong.”
