Deputies said Bonno, driving a 2006 Chevrolet, failed to stop at the stop sign and entered Rt. 11 , striking a 2010 Honda driven by Hayes. The Honda left the road, ending up in the yard at 5 Wright Road.
The Bonno vehicle struck a snow bank and overturned, coming to rest upright.
Bonno was given tickets charging failure to stop at a stop sign and driving while ability impaired by drugs.
The investigation continues, and more charges are pending, deputies said.
