STOCKHOLM -- Four people were injured in a two-vehicle head-on collision on State Rt. 11C near Winthrop Wednesday evening.
Deputies from the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office responded at 6:51 p.m. to the scene, where they reported they found one of the drivers had not yielded the right-of-way in a left-hand turn. Hannah Hill was issued a citation.
Amanda Stark, the driver of the other vehicle, and four passengers, Kloie Phelps, 13, Kadence Stark, 8, Tori Mitchell, 16, and Ashley Deshane, 13, were all transported to Canton-Potsdam Hospital for reatment of minor injuries and were released, deputies said.
Hill and two passengers in her vehicle, Darian Hines, 18, and Thomas-Owen Mattison, 18, appeared uninjured and declined treatment, according to deputies
