Four arrested for fighting in downtown Potsdam

POTSDAM – Four men were arrested after police responded to two fights in front of downtown bars this weekend.

Evan D. White, 22, Norwood, and Taylor J. Yandoh, 22, Norwood, were each charged with disorderly conduct after village police responded to a report of a fight in front of LaCasbah, 6 Elm St., at 11:22 p.m. Saturday.

Both men were transported to the Potsdam Police Station for processing after officers broke up the fight. They are to face the charge in Potsdam Village Court on Nov. 3.

The previous night, at 2:28 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to and broke up a fight in front of McDuff’s, 59 Market St. Trevor J. Dodd, 22, Ogdensburg, and Jarrod M. Flener, 24, Ogdensburg, were each charged with disorderly conduct in connection with the incident. They are to face the charge in Potsdam Village Court on Nov. 3.
