Foundation accepting Adirondack-region applications for ‘Small and Significant’ grants

The Adirondack Foundation is accepting applications for “Small and Significant” grants through Friday, Jan. 23.

Small and Significant grants support Adirondack-region community-spirited efforts that are causing positive change or filling a needs gap, as well as those that are underfunded or falling through the cracks in other ways, where a small grant can make a significant difference.

In 2015, Adirondack Foundation’s focus is on early care and education. Projects that support or enhance services to young children and their families will be given priority. Applications that address education, culture, human wellbeing, environment, and community vitality will also be considered.

For information, including eligibility requirements, visit www.generousact.org/granting/apply-grant/generous-acts-fund/small-significant-grants.

Applications must be submitted through Adirondack Foundation’s Online Grants Manager at https://www.generousact.org/online-grants-manager.

If you have additional questions, contact Andrea Grout at 518-523-9904 or andrea@generousact.org.
