Blake F. Baldwin, 17, of 185 County Route 49, Fort Jackson, and Kevin C. Hanson, 19, of 136 Beebe Rd., Potsdam, were charged with criminal mischief fourth degree in connection with the incident, deputies said.
Among property spray-painted by the pair in the late evening hours of May 25 was a new storage building, deputies said.
Deputies said the arrests were made following a report from campground staff.
The teens are to face the charges in Parishville Town Court on June 5, deputies said. Investigator was Deputy Conor P. Corbett.
