GOUVERNEUR -- State police have charged a Fort Drum man with leaving the scene of an accident, driving while intoxicated, and using someone else's vehicle without permission.

Troopers say they arrested Brenon J. Tyzbir, 21, at E.J. Noble Hospital on the morning of July 17 in connection with an incident that day.

Tyzbir was issued appearance tickets charging him with first-offense DWI, unauthorized use of a vehicle without the owner's consent, and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident.
