RUSSELL -- The color guard of the Forsyth’s Rifles laid a wreath adjacent to the Russell Arsenal yesterday as part of the Russell Arsenal Heritage Weekend.
The weekend featured period demonstrations to celebrate the bicentennial of the War of 1812.
