OGDENSBURG -- A former city resident was charged Monday following the unsealing of an indictment alleging she sold Suboxone.
Kelsey L. Rubadue, 22, of Newark and formerly of Ogdensburg, is charged with three felony counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, according to the Ogdensburg Police Det. Daniel Mousaw.
The indictment accuses her of selling the prescription drug to an undercover police officer on three occasions, Mousaw said.
She was arraigned in St. Lawrence County Court by Judge Jerome Richards and released under supervision of the St. Lawrence County Probation Department, Mousaw said.
The Ogdensburg PD’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit was assisted by the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force, the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and Canton and Gouverneur police departments.
