Following a seasonable Sunday, the National Weather Service is calling for chances of snow in all St. Lawrence County communities on Monday or Tuesady.

Sunday is predicted to be sunny with highs in the low 50s and night temperatures around 32 degrees.

Monday brings a 40 to 60 percent chance of snow then rain in Canton, Gouverneur, Ogdensburg, Potsdam and Star Lake. The NWS predicts little to no accumulation. Temperatures are forecast in the low 50s.

Monday night brings a 40 percent chance of showers then snow in Massena, with all other areas looking at 40 to 60 percent chances of showers. Temperatures should be in the low 30s, the NWS says.

Tuesday brings up to 50 percent chances of snow then rain in Canton, Massena, Ogdnesburg and Potsdam with little to no accumulation expected. Gouverneur and Star Lake are looking at 50 to 60 percent odds of showers. Temperatures countywide are forecast in the high 40s.

Tuesday night is predicted to be mostly clear with temperatures in the high 20s, followed by a sunny Wednesday with temperatures around 50.

Sunday - Sunny, with a high near 53. Light and variable wind becoming west 5 to 8 mph in the afternoon.

Sunday night - Increasing clouds, with a low around 30. West wind around 6 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Monday - A slight chance of snow showers before 9am, then a chance of rain showers. Cloudy, with a high near 51. North wind 5 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Monday night - Showers likely, mainly before 10pm. Cloudy, with a low around 34. Northeast wind 5 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

Tuesday - A chance of rain and snow showers before 8am, then a chance of rain showers between 8am and 4pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 48. Northeast wind 10 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Tuesday night - Mostly clear, with a low around 27. Northwest wind 5 to 7 mph.

Wednesday - Sunny, with a high near 49. West wind 7 to 10 mph.
